Product Availability and Pricing
If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, we will call you and update you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the number of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without prior notice. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

At Patel Diamond, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. The measurement of products provided by us are based on the manufacturing specifications. Eg. Tolerance of 0.25 mm. is allowed for gemstone and pearly measurements. Providing relative data empowers you to have a rich feel about the shape and aesthetics of the product. Patel Diamond states that product total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 grams for Gold ornaments and 0.1gm for Silver ornaments from stated weight. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.
A diamond certificate is a diamond grading report provided to you for the sale of loose diamond. These are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly- respected diamond laboratories, making it an invaluable document in nature.
Our purchase of diamonds is effected through respected suppliers who adhere to standards established by the Kimberley Process. It is an international system for the trade of diamonds to make sure they are from sources free of strife and conflict.
The Site content, the Patel Diamond logo, designs, text, graphics, pictures, selection, coordination, 'look and feel', information, data, audio files, video files and other resource files selection & arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of Patel Diamond are protected by trade rights, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Products, ornament have to reach us without any damage during transit. Products, ornament should be properly packaged and insured. Once we receive the product, we will refund you after deducting the shipping charges and bank transaction fee from the Invoice Value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the same Account, which was used for making the payment. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Patel Diamond and accept our decision regarding the returns policy.

These Terms & Conditions regulate your use of and any purchase from the site and accord an agreement between you and Patel Diamond. We uphold the right to modify or change any of these T & C. Changing any policy or guideline of the site at any time is our sole discretion. The change or modification will be effectual instantly upon publicizing the revisions on the Site. Continued use of the Site from your end following the publication of changes or modifications will imply your acceptance to the same.

It may occur that the site allows you to place a product in your shopping cart and subsequently submit the order for processing, but the order gets duly cancelled due to product unavailability. You concur for cancellation of the order without penalty even after you have received an Order Confirmation

Though every effort is made to avoid misinformation, human errors may lead to inaccurate display of data on the site. We earmark the right to rectify errors when they occur. We do not adhere to inaccurate or erroneous prices. In event of a product’s listed price being lower than the actual price, we can contact you at our other name, trademark or product of Patel Diamond without our prior written permission.

Contrary to the conditions mentioned hereto, Patel Diamond disclaims all other warranties, implied warranties or merchantability, title and non-infringement to the information. We do not warrant that our site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree that Patel Diamond may modify these Terms & Conditions. Other policies on our Site are also subject to change at any time and publishing the revised T & C or policies on our Site accounts for sufficient notice of such modification.

Because of any provision of these Terms & Conditions deem to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall deem to be severable from these Terms & Conditions. In such a scenario, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
