By accessing or using the Patel Diamond website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Orders placed on behalf of a company or organisation must be authorised by an appropriate representative.
Products & Pricing
All jewellery pieces offered on our website are subject to availability. Patel Diamond reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours and materials will be perfectly accurate. For bespoke or custom orders, final specifications will be confirmed in writing prior to production.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs upon dispatch of your item.
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Patel Diamond does not store your full payment details.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke jewellery orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. Once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Our Client Care team will guide you through every step of the bespoke process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Shipping & Delivery
Patel Diamond ships to select destinations worldwide. All orders are fully insured and dispatched via secure, tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to change due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Patel Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import duties applicable in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our Client Care team within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Resized or altered items cannot be returned
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
Warranty
All Patel Diamond jewellery is crafted to the highest standards and is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorised modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patel Diamond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
